Town of peace and politics
The Dutch government is based in the city of The Hague and also the offices of our king can be found within its city boundaries. During this royal coach tour, our guide will take your group past all the highlights of the city. The parliament buildings, beach town Scheveningen, the Peace Palace, the Prisonersgate and the Mauritshuis are just a few examples of these highlights. During the tour you will make several stops to have a closer look at these monuments. A prolonged stop is made at the peace palace where a 45-minute break is made to the visitors centre to learn about the Palace and its institutions through a short movie and a contemporary exhibition.
